Here are the answers to a few questions Sorors have asked.  Thank you for your participation. 

Beta Omega Chapter will host a Pink Spring Fling, Saturday, May 9, 2026. We are inviting Sorors and their guests (MEN are invited also) to wear their pink and enjoy our Day Party. This event helps to support Beta Omega scholarships, community service and other authorized expenditures. 

Pink Spring Fling Information:

  • Tickets
    • Tickets are $30. All ticket sales are online.  Tickets are non-refundable.
    • Beta Omega Sorors must purchase tickets for themselves and their guests.  MEN are invited to the party.  To purchase: Go to the Beta Omega website – Events Page – Pink Spring Fling
    • To add guests, click “ADD A REGISTRANT” on the link.  Registrants’ names must be entered individually. If Sorors do not have their guests’ names, type “Guest of” and Soror’s first and last name.  Hint: It may be helpful to distinguish Guest 1 Soror Name, Guest 2 Soror Name, etc. if you do not have the names of your guests.
    • Sorors who need assistance using the link to purchase tickets, fundraising committee members will be available at Chapter meeting to assist.
  • Tables
    • Tables are 8’ long and will seat 8.  Asking each Soror to purchase a minimum of 4 tickets. Encouraging Sorors to partner together to host a table. 
    • Soror tables will be selected first come, first serve, based on date of purchase. Notification of table numbers will be shared with Sorors by May 4.  Please make your guests aware of their table number prior to the party.
    • Sorors are welcome to decorate their table. Chapter providing table numbers and tablecloths (only) for tables. 
  • Refreshments
    • Cash bar only! No outside alcohol allowed.
    • Sorors will provide refreshments and set-ups for their individual tables.  This will include food items, paper products, cutlery, soft drinks, ice, etc.  No outside large coolers or tubs. 
    • Sorors can partner with one another to host a table and refreshments for their table guests. 
    • Soft drinks will be available at the cash bar for purchase OR Sorors can provide soft drinks (and cups) at their tables.  
  • Silent Auction 
    • We will host a Gift Basket Silent Auction prior to and during the party.  Sorors AND Guests will have an opportunity to bid on SIX gift baskets, each with different themes. Themes will include: Coffee and Wine Basket, Spa Day Basket, as well a Travel Basket.  Stay tuned for git basket themes and list of basket contents.
