Pink Spring Fling – Let’s Celebrate Together!

Sorors are invited to join us for a fun and festive Pink Spring Fling on Saturday, May 9, 2026! Grab your pink, bring your guests (yes, men are welcome too!), and enjoy a day party supporting Beta Omega scholarships, community service, and other chapter initiatives.

🎟 Tickets

• $30 per person (online sales only; non-refundable)
• Sorors purchase tickets for themselves and their guests via the Beta Omega website → Events → Pink Spring Fling
• To add guests, click “Add a Registrant.” If you don’t have a guest’s name, enter *“Guest of [Soror’s Name].” Hint: It may be helpful to distinguish Guest 1 Soror Name, Guest 2 Soror Name, etc. if you do not have the names of your guests.
• Need help? Fundraising committee members will assist at the chapter meeting.

🍽 Tables & Seating

• Tables seat 8 guests (8’ long tables). Sorors are asked to purchase a minimum of 4 tickets and are encouraged to partner with another Soror to host a table
• Tables are assigned first come, first served based on purchase date
• Table numbers will be shared by May 4—please let your guests know ahead of time
• The chapter will provide tablecloths and table numbers only

🌸 Table Decorating (Optional & Fun!)

• Sorors may decorate their tables and can choose to enter the Table Decorating Contest for a special prize. Participation is optional, and sign-up will be available.

Judging Criteria:

• Your chosen theme
• Décor that reflects the theme
• Food and beverages that match the theme
• A mix of Sorors and guests will serve as judges, and winners will be announced during the party.
   

🥂 Refreshments

• Cash bar only (no outside alcohol)
• Sorors will provide food, paper goods, cutlery, soft drinks, ice, and set-ups for their tables. No large coolers or tubs.
• Sorors may partner together to provide refreshments. Soft drinks may be purchased at the bar or provided at your table.

🎁 Silent Auction

   Help us raise even more for scholarships and service through our Gift Basket Silent Auction!

   Winners will be announced during the party.

How It Works

• Each Captain will create a catchy basket title and curate items that fit their theme.
• Sorors can sign up via SignUpGenius (20 slots per basket).
• Baskets should have a minimum value of $250 (higher is encouraged!).
• Captains will set the starting bid and bid increments for their basket.
• Basket descriptions will be shared on tent cards, QR codes, and the online auction platform (Zeffy).

 Important Notes

• Captains will guide donation do’s and don’ts for their basket.
• All baskets must be completed and delivered to Dominique Campbell by April 26, 2026.
• Sorors who create he basket with the highest bid win a monetary prize!
• Winners will be announced before the end of the Pink Spring Fling, and baskets can be taken home that day.
• A solicitation letter will be provided to help gather donations.
